Electrical Engineering Manager

SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
Position is responsible for the development and application of engineering resources to fulfill Contractual/Project requirements within the Oilgear Global Solutions Business. This position manages an organization of technical specialists to analyze and define solution requirements, design, implement and test hardware and software based solutions. Also this position is responsible for the coordination of technical activities required to assist with proposal preparation, customer liaison and management of projects in fulfillment of contract obligations. This position encompasses financial responsibility to meet or exceed shipment, gross margin and resource utilization objectives.
Experience Required
Minimum ten years experience in system design, software development, application and/or project management with at least five years of either project management or direct supervisory experience in a systems engineering organization. Exceptional interpersonal skills required.
Education Required

A Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred) is required. A post graduate degree in either Operations, Business, Management or Engineering is desirable.
